Long Shot Leaders with Michael Stein

Dec 2, 2022

“For over two decades, I’ve literally relied on health and fitness to keep me alive, whether it’s through mental health, or through being physically healthy. This is why my program is a lifestyle program. It’s all about health and longevity.”
— Aaron Williamson

Aaron Williamson is an achiever, an overcomer, an everyday hero ready to share his ferocious resolve with anyone ready to change their life.

As a celebrity trainer, Aaron Williamson has worked with some of the biggest names in Hollywood: Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Sylvester Stallone, and Emilia Clarke, just to name a few. The triumphs he’s achieved with A-listers is drawn from a deep well of personal struggle— and personal victory.

Williamson is a Marine veteran who quickly rose through the ranks due to his expertise, determination and unrelenting attitude towards life. While he was on active duty, a personal passion for fitness led him to continually experiment with his own training, emulating the routines of bodybuilders he admired. As a result, no matter where he was in the world, he’d become known for everything fitness represented.

When Williamson returned from Iraq to his new home in New Orleans, a lost job opportunity and struggles with PTSD precipitated a fall to rock bottom. Living out of his car, Williamson made a choice to dig into his personal bedrock: passion for fitness.

Within a few months, he had become one of the most respected trainers in Hollywood South. The film industry in the area quickly came to rely on him as a dedicated expert who delivered results. That reputation led to jobs training the Hollywood elite, and ultimately even acting roles himself in movies like Terminator: Genisys and American Heist.

All of that experience has been poured into his 90 day training programs. Clients get access to customized versions of the fitness and nutrition building blocks that Aaron Williamson has practiced for over two decades, as well as personal access to check-ins with the trainer himself.

As someone who has been to rock bottom and used whole-life fitness as the lifeline to pull himself out, Williamson is able to offer a hand up as someone who has been there. His philosophy is that the journey is more about mindset as it is about the workouts, and that if people are willing to make an investment in themselves— no matter the cost— they can achieve total transformation.

“There are heroes walking among us every day. Ordinary people who’ve overcome challenging obstacles to achieve their dreams & inspire others with their passion for life.”
— Aaron Williamson
